The following is a listing of various careers that play a critical role in our success as one of Calgary's premiere entertainment destinations. Exceptional customer service is the common theme with all of these positions.
Food & Beverage Department
Food & beverage acts as a large team preparing the highest caliber of food quality while delivering prompt and accurate service. The "back of house" operation is comprised of an executive chef, sous chef, kitchen supervisors, line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers. The "front of house" operation is comprised of a bar manager, bar supervisors, bartenders, servers, cashiers, hosts/hostesses, and porters for our fabulous restaurants and bars.Cage Department
Cage personnel handle all forms of cash and complete various monetary related transactions with accuracy. This area is comprised of slot cashiers, count team members, and slot cashier supervisors.Security & Surveillance
Security and surveillance safeguard company assets, patrons and employees of the Grey Eagle Casino. Both departments promote a safe and secure workplace and casino. This area is comprised of security officers, surveillance operators, and supervisors.Marketing
Marketing personnel play a key role in providing information to our customers. Marketing representatives carry out Rewards Club transactions, coat check, gift shop and promotion and event duties.Finance & Accounting
Finance and accounting personnel carry out financial and accounting transactions and reporting for the entire casino.Facilities Management
The Facilities Department keeps the casino looking great, both inside and out, to create a positive impression of the casino for our guests. This area is comprised of facilities and maintenance staff, supervisors, housekeeping attendants, and a shipper/receiver.Slot Operations
Slot personnel provide exceptional customer service on the gaming floor and handle various machine transactions as needed. Slot attendants and slot supervisors ensure that the needs of our customers are well looked after.Table Games Department
Table games personnel provide exceptional customer service by offering a variety of exciting table games. Dealers, pit bosses, table supervisors, as well as casino shift managers are responsible for all facets of game execution and delivery of great customer service.Human Resources
Our team of human resources personnel align personal achievement with organizational success.I.T.
Information technology (I.T.) staff oversees all technological aspects of the operation.
Please note that shift work is required for most positions, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills. The casino environment is typically fast paced and very much fun, so it is preferable that you have an ability to multi task effectively.
